Watch Cloverfield... and get busted :)
Yesterday I watched "Cloverfield" and I didnt puke.
Should I be worried for the FBI? :)
Well, I think it was the first time I watched a movie at home (thanks torrent) and I didnt notice any difference with a "cinema experience"... this movie is a CAM! :)
The whole movie is from the pov (point of view) of a main character, recorded with a portable camera... oh my. I don't understand all the hype around this movie... Maybe for the headless Statue of Liberty? or for the digitally created monster? I really don't know but anyway I didnt like it.
It's way too much similar to the Blair Witch Project, although the "scenario" (New York for Cloverfield) is completely different. The only "interesting" thing is the 1st person camera but after the Blair Witch Project isn't anything new. The aspect I most liked of that movie was, in fact, the "marketing" campaign and the news of the 1st person camera... but it doesnt score a point for Cloverfield.
